FULL TITLE: Corrupt Obama Appointed Judge Amy Berman Jackson Does It Again: Puts Politics Before Law in Manafort Case – Should be Removed
It sure seems like every Obama appointed judge is a far left radical who puts their own distorted interpretation of reality ahead of the US Constitution. In this respect, US District Judge Amy Berman Jackson is a case study. This past week she again showed that she puts politics before the law. Her actions with Paul Manafort alone are cause for her to be removed or impeached.
We reported two months ago and again earlier this month, that Obama appointed liberal activist Judge, Amy Berman Jackson, was assigned to the most important court case in US history. Sadly, Judge Jackson has a horrible far left record on the bench. In 2013 Judge Jackson rejected arguments from the Catholic Church that Obamacare’s requirements that employers provide cost free coverage to contraceptive services is contrary to their religious beliefs and violated their religious and free speech freedoms. This was overturned by the Supreme Court.

Barack Hussein promised to “fundamentally transform” America, from the free country this used to be. That may be the only time in his corrupt and power-hungry life that he ever kept his word. Thank God we have President Trump to disassemble the negative portions of Obama’s legacy, which is roughly 100% of his legacy.
I’m not sure if that is really Obama’s problem here.
His real problem is he is a Marxist through and through and an Islamist.
Obama should never have been in a position to nominate judges.
He is not a natural born citizen.
He was born a British subject regardless of where he was born.
Children of foreign nationals inherit the nationality of their foreign national parent(s).
Divided loyalty was exactly what the founders were excluding by requiring a natural born citizen, one who is naturally a citizen because the circumstances of their birth leave no other option and require no action of law.
Born here of citizen parents.
This whole thing is much bigger than people realize.
Both parties colluded to violate the Constitution.
Most of the GOP Senate are Bush League Republicans.

In a perfect world, I’d rather deal with the Marxist/Progressive issue by writing it into the Constitution that they can’t hold office or be a judge.
But we are supposed to regard Horowitz as the personification of justice.

If the Democrats take the House, and vote to impeach President Trump, how many of the GOP Senators listed will vote to remove him when the Senate holds the trial.
Best gauge is that Rubio’s Gang of Amnesty bill got 68 votes.
Preventing Trump from shutting down the Cheap Labor Express would be worth it to them.
