Makes perfect sense. China helps Germany look virtuous by hiding a lot of Germany’s poliution, including the almighty carbon dioxide. The Chinese don’t count the CO2 in their totals since Germans own the factories. The Germans don’t count it in their totals. It is nobody’s CO2.
