Obama DoD Paid ‘FBI Informant’ Stefan Halper over $250,000 Right Before 2016 Election

Public records show Stefan Halper, the foreign policy expert “outed,” as an FBI informant that spied on Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, was paid a large sum in 2016 for work he did for the Obama administration.

The Department of Defense paid Halper $282,295 on September 27, 2016 — just months before the 2016 presidential election — for work titled, “INDIA AND CHINA ECON STUDY,” says USASPENDING.gov, a website that tracks spending data for the U.S. government. This sum was one of two payments made to Halper for the job; the second, worth $129,280, was made on July 26, 2017. The record lists Halper’s “Period of Performance” as September 26, 2016 to March 29, 2018. USASPENDING.gov shows the Department of Defense paid Halper a total of $1,058,161 for work between 2012-2018.

The work designated for “India-China” study comprised nearly 40 percent of that compensation.

The contents of the work listed above are presently unknown.

Recent reports detailed Halper’s interactions with three members of the Trump campaign— Carter Page, Sam Clovis, and George Papadopoulos.

Halper was paid a lot more under some magical black budget funding.

This maggot, Halper has been a paid Deep State Tool, financed by our tax $'s for decades. Halper has been paid with our Tax $'s to spy on candidate Trump and others.

.
Who’s going to investigate?

DOD and WH are off limits to IG Horowitz.

Horowitz has been investigating for a year and a half - with zero indictments.

Need a real Investigation.

What will really cook their goose is the part where they were spying on Trump with the help of foreign agents.

Please note that the Clintons posted multiple political employees to the DoD, often at insane pay grades, and wrote special rules that allowed them to be immediately eligible for a DoD pension upon severance from government. Jeannie Garapolo went to Fannie Mae with a full government pension, including medical.

There is no telling how much of the fluff that exists in government contracts is for stuff like this, and the Dems are certainly worse about featherbedding their friends than the Pubbies are, but neither are clean.

Clinton Best Option for US-UK ‘Special Relationship’ – Ex-White House Official

The victory of Hillary Clinton, who is more experienced and predictable than her Republican rival Donald Trump, in the US presidential elections will be more beneficial for the US-UK relations, former White House official Stefan Halper told Sputnik.

MOSCOW (Sputnik) — Both US presidential candidates have repeatedly stressed the special character of US-UK relations, which is reflected in close military, intelligence and economic cooperation.

“I believe [Hillary] Clinton would be best for US-UK relations and for relations with the European Union. Clinton is well-known, deeply experienced and predictable. US-UK relations will remain steady regardless of the winner although Clinton will be less disruptive over time,” Halper, who served as deputy assistant secretary of state for political-military affairs and senior adviser to the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice, said.

On June 24, Clinton stated that the US respects the choice of people in the United Kingdom to leave the European Union, and underscored the need to make clear the commitment of the United States to “the special relationship” with London.

On the same day, the Republican nominee stated that the United Kingdom and the United States would remain great allies regardless of Brexit, adding that Washington never had a better ally in history.
