Joseph James DeAngelo Jr., recently arrested at his Citrus Heights California home, is the suspected Original Night Stalker, East Area Rapist, Visalia Ransacker, and Golden State Killer. His mugshot is all over the internet. I thought it would be interesting to retouch his mug to make him look a decade or more younger. Perhaps someone may recognize him from the 'younger' image that doesn't look like a broken old man who just crapped his shorts, but more like the diabolical predator he really is.

Not seeing it. It looks like an old man with wrinkle remover. He would have more hair younger. His jowls would be less pronounced younger. Even his lips may not be quite as drawn into a frown as in old age.
I just don’t see this as a true representation of age regression. I just looks like a bunch of foundation makeup was used to cover his wrinkles and skin blotches. Aging does far more to you than just that.

One of the detectives who worked the early part of this case called into my local talk show and said amazing things:
They suspected the perp was a cop so some of the investigators actually had to assume new identities for a time.
A lot of the rape victims said he had a very unusually small penis.
He also called up a bunch of the women he raped AFTERWARDS, and he would simply sit on the line, silently.
To scare them MORE..? No one really knows, yet.
They have the wrong guy. That’s Brennan.

Thanks Civ. It took me some time. Smoothed things out, and darkened his hair a bit. I resisted “artistic license” and tried to preserve his face shape. Posters above saying his face should be this or that have no idea since there is a decided gap in the photographic record after 1979. Also he was always “jowely” even as a youth, and had onset male pattern baldness way back that he tried to hide with a combover. I asked a retired wedding/portrait photographer’s opinion who said it was probably quite accurate in overall appearance.
I was thinkin he looked more Jerry Moonbeam Brown-ish. d;^)
