The questions Mueller's team would like to ask Trump, which were leaked to the media, stand as proof as well. Mostly, these questions concern the firing of Comey and not Trump's collusion with the Russians. Also, many of the questions are merely ridiculous, such as "What did you think about the recusal of Attorney General Sessions?" and "How did you come up with the idea of dismissing Comey?" Should these irrelevant questions be worthy of a special prosecutor in the case of an alleged international criminal conspiracy? The prosecutor should be interested in what the person did, not what he thought.
In the "Russian case," the prosecutor's questions should be of this type: "Which encryption method was used to communicate with the Russians?" and "Why weren't the encryption keys changed immediately after the election rather than a month later?" and "What was the frequency of the backup communication channel with the Russians?" These are the kind of necessary questions we would expect of figurants of the investigation. But Mueller's team is void of such questioning. It suggests that the leakage of these questions was sanctioned by Rudy Giuliani, a new player in Trump's legal team. The publication of these ridiculous questions is his first punch.
Why did Rudy do this? Because Rudy is not only a lawyer but also a politician, a former mayor of New York.
Rudy Giuliani correctly understands that the primary goal of Mueller is not jurisprudence, but politics. Therefore, the methods of countering Mueller should not be as much legal as they are political.

“Therefore, the methods of countering Mueller should not be as much legal as they are political.”
Yes.
Go Rudy! And please God, may you be our new AG!
The so-called “Mueller Investigation Questions” were “leaked” by the NYT, who said that they were formulated by Mueller.
When will someone admit that these questions were completely fantasized by NYT?
It looks like Rudy may score a first round knock out!
“...completely fantasized by the New York Times...”
This was my first reaction as well. The fictional opus known as the dossier was completely made up - this is the way the DNC operates. The NYSlimes is the propaganda arm of the DNC, so of course this is all made up.
Good post.
In addition - think about this: Rudy is using their own propaganda against them! using the leaked questions as proof of a bad faith investigation.
Rudy switched the bait back on them quickly!! Love it.
Rudy helped take down the NYC mafia with RICO - he is up to the job of helping to drain the swamp.
I think Chris Christie played a role in that also.
To a layman, this seems illegal under common sense standards. But since the world is designed by lawyers and run by lawyers for the benefit of lawyers, what has common sense got to do with it?
“Rudy helped take down the NYC mafia with RICO”
????????????
The NYT is still there.
If these questions are real (which I doubt) they are open-ended nonsense designed to get vague extemporaneous responses that can be mined for perjury.
Mueller needs a kick in his moose jaw...
I understand the confusion, but the NYC mafia and the NYT are two different organizations.
p
Anyone who outs evil Mueller is fine by me.
“???? The NYT is still there...”
True but the NY City Bonnanno family and the mafia Pizza Connection heroin smuggling ring was dissolved.
