Wave Of Huge Alligators Wreaking Havoc Across Southern States

Alligator sightings are a common thing if you live in the south, but a wave of the monstrous creatures made their presence felt over the final weekend in April. Several residents in Florida and Texas were sent into a panic as large gators stopped traffic, invaded porches, and even approached a Target store over the weekend.

The alligator invasion started in Florida on April 28, when an “aggressive” 11-foot reptile made its way onto the front porch of home in The Villages near Orlando. “The minute that it seen a person it immediately, you now, started to hiss and come toward the person and as I walked over closer to it, it wanted to bite me,” Al Roberts of the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) said, via WKMG.

I’m a firm believer in having the human adjacent natural world chock full of hungry teeth and claw encrusted beasts, it’s one of the last few things that it’s nearly impossible for government to protect stupid people from.

While it was close, given that they give rabbits a run for fecundity and mom, unlike most reptiles, shepherds the young until they get a couple feet long it’s not long before you can be swimming in gators...

We’ve lived in a house on a golf course for 30 years. Our alligators aren’t afraid of people, but they aren’t usually aggressive. I think most of the neighborhood adheres to the warnings and do not feed the gators.

Had one in our backyard, and animal control said just leave the gate open and he’ll eventually head back to the lake, which is exactly what happened.

If an alligator kills a dog or appears aggressive, they call in the gator guys and they get it out of the lake (water hazard.)

I am still amazed to see a golfer reach down into murky water to retrieve a ball.
They have no idea what’s lurking in the water, and the golfer has to know there are alligators because they litter the golf course, basking in the sun.

Our bigger problem these days are coyotes. They kill cats and smaller dogs. But it’s their aggressive behavior. One of the coyote ran toward my friend’s dog and did some major damage ramming into and biting the whole ribcage area of the 80 lb dog. Our neighborhood newspaper reports that the
coyotes have been aggressive toward the owners of the pets that are being attacked. The pet owner is trying to save their dog and the coyote turns on the
human. Next to that, a gator is no threat at all.

Cartoon not too long ago with a female??’snowflake’ holding a sign saying

SAVE THE ALLIGATORS

BAN GATOR AID or along that line.

We can call this a real life fable...MUCH like Mr Aesop was wont to do.

Years ago people hunted gators for food & Sport, keeping the numbers down to keep them from ‘taking over’ South Florida.

Along come the ‘snowflakes’ (Or whatever we called ‘them’ then) and decreed Alligators were almost extinct AND it was criminal what ‘we’ were doing to them.

NOW, the fruits of that tree are reaching out in HUGE HUGE sizes...

Transform that to the ‘border’ and you will hear a ‘complaint’ today that the crab pickers in MD will be in short supply since the Govt is restricting how many ‘crab pickers’ could get ‘special work permits’...MAYBE, if the previous ‘pickers’ were really checked we will find they engage in ‘other’ activities involving crabs not necessaryily the kind found in Maryland waters.

Just look around at the ‘Native Americans’ “INDIANS”, being 4th generation Irish I consider myself a NATIVE AMERICAN (HEY..if B Jenner can call himself a Girl, I have every right etc to call myself a NA)

If ‘they’ had met the Mayflower and succesive interlopers/invaders with a wall or fence or a musket or two, they possibly wouldn’t be relegated to dusty desert or Northern tundra reservations..

Like the VN Colonel was asked what to do with the prisoners in the Dien Bien Phu operation...he (supposedly) replied

“KILL THEM! KILL THEM ALL!! THEY WILL KEEP SENDING TROOPS, WE WILL KILL THEM AND MAYBE THEY WILL STOP SENDING TROOPS”.

Just sayin’.....

Alligator boots should come back in style!

It’s putting them on the alligators that’s hard.

Insert Blond joke here.

Sadly, Trump has figured out that it really IS hard to drain the swamp when you’re up to your ass in alligators.
