There are a lot of families at the district level in Boy Scouts where I’m at that are excited to get their girls out of girl scouts.

So...where do boys now go to be what boys can be without girls around? Can’t take a good hard Okie piss against a tree with girls around. Have to behave differently with girls around, I don’t care what anyone says. This is taking a great part of growing up away from boys.

I assume this means there will not be “boy scouts” nor “girl scouts”, but just “scouts”.

It was a major part of the culture of the US back in the 50’s and 60’s. I don’t know that all that many people are involved any more anyway. I could be wrong, but I see it as a shadow of what it once was.
