A comedian is funny. That female was not. Therefore she was merely a vile talker.

1)Wolf is like a trained attack dog. Attacking Trump is her job. Those in charge knew what was going to happen.
2)Maggie Haberman of the NY Times wrote a tweet harshly criticizing Wolf for attacking Sanders's appearance. There followed a long, tedious Twitter argument that Haberman didn't understand that the joke involved "burning facts" and "smoky eye makeup." If a joke takes 30 minutes to explain, I don't think it's worth the effort.
An "impressionist" like Rich Little imitates the voice, phrasing and gestures of famous people. If Wolf was an impressionist, people would ask, "Who was that supposed to be? Boris Karloff? John Wayne? Richard Nixon?
