No mention of motive. The guy just shows up and begins killing strangers for no reason, wtf? Why would they have a motive? Some random guy shows up and starts shooting people. They need to catch him first and then they'll probably have a better idea of what his motive was.

A person at the restaurant had wrestled away the alleged shooter's rifle. Would have been better had this person or someone else been armed and just shot this piece of crap dead.
