Friday on the radio, LevinTV host Mark Levin reacted to the news that the Democratic National Committee is suing Russia, Trump campaign officials, and WikiLeaks over alleged interference in the 2016 election.
“The Democrat Party just made a massive mistake,” Levin said.
By filing a lawsuit, the Democrats just opened themselves to discovery. Levin explained how a few smart lawyers can turn this around on the Democrats and cause a few headaches over what the Left thought would be a nice publicity stunt.
President Trump is on board.
Just heard the Campaign was sued by the Obstructionist Democrats. This can be good news in that we will now counter for the DNC Server that they refused to give to the FBI, the Wendy Wasserman Schultz Servers and Documents held by the Pakistani mystery man and Clinton Emails.

I pray so too, but never forget, the Republican Establishment isn’t called “the stupid party” for nothing. We need to support POTUS Trump strongly on this counter lawsuit and pressure our Rep’s to support it.
Levin said that even if the DNC recognized their error and pulled the lawsuit, President Trump, etc. do not have to quit the lawsuit and its discovery. Probably should file a counterclaim. I thought this was a big screw up by the DNC, but then I heard Levin’s lawyerly glee and became excited.
It’s the bane of having all media go your way all the time. You start to believe that crap. Pretty soon you lose any edge of common sense or intelligence, not needing it as mass media covers for you.
I’ve read that “Wendy” might have been part of an email alias she was using. Future proves past, perhaps?
To borrow an oft repeated Q comment, “These people are stupid.”

Assuming the whole case isn't thrown out of court, discovery is years away. But when it happens it's a double-edged sword. Both sides expect that the other side's dirty laundry will be worse than their own. Time will tell.
They will rig the discovery just like they rig everything else. The discovery will be very one sided. These jackasses are crooks calling everyone else crooks.
I believe that that is their plan. Very dangerous play in my opinion, but they are confident they own the court system.
President Trump needs to pick attorneys who have never set foot in DC, and they need to be 100% bloodthirsty, take-no-prisoners terminators who will rip the throats out of those traitors in court.

Giuliani joined his team and Jay Sekulow is an honorable man who has won SC cases. Don’t know about DT’s personal lawyers. They were described as pit bulls before he decided to run. Everyone was afraid of them. That’s why they went after Cohen.
As Rush broached yesterday, my fear is that Giulianni was brought on board to negotiate a truce.

Exactly what I was thinking. Whatever damming discovery comes out against the Democrats will, as usual, be shrugged off and left behind.
But, oh yes... Trump used a salad fork instead of a dinner fork - EXECUTE HIM!!!
