A family in Colorado is outraged after two men, who were accused of gang-raping a 13-year-old girl with their brothers and cousins, were only sentenced to probation.
Tommy Williams, 20, and Clarence Williams, 19, were each sentenced on Tuesday to a minimum of 10 years of sex offender intensive supervised probation, with a maximum of life on probation, KKTV reported.
The men are two of six suspects accused of sexually assaulting the young teen in December 2016 inside of the Stonebrook Terrace apartment complex in Colorado Springs.
The victim's grandfather was shocked at the sentencing, telling the news station: "There was six of them and they gang-raped my granddaughter."
The group of suspects — some of whom are reportedly related as cousins or brothers and identified as Jacolby Williams, Tyron Williams, James Williams, and a juvenile, in addition to Tommy and Clarence — were with the girl on Dec. 19, according to The Gazette.
The victim told police she knew one of the men, and he invited her into the apartment to play video games. The 13-year-old said she went to the home with some female friends, but they left when she went to the bathroom.
Arrest records, KKTV reported, state that two of the men then pulled the teen from the bathroom and forced her into a bedroom where the other four suspects were waiting.
The victim's grandmother said at a sentencing in February that her granddaughter was passed around the group of men "like a hand on a clock" during the attack. She added in court Tuesday that the 13-year-old may never be able to have children.

I heard about this, man, there was nothing like this back in the early ‘90s when I lived in that area...not withstanding, not really seeing the whole town/city but it is surprising.
Colorado can be proud of their progressive slide. This will only get worse Colorado you’re in California’s fist.
I agree, after California, it’s easy to see how Colorado is basically getting trashed.

Gee I’m sorry I attacked you and possibly relieved you of the capability of having a family and possibly a normal life down the road. And to prove his absolute stupidity that should have kept him off the street, rape is not age or gender related. It is a violent crime with the assailant using a part of his body rather than a gun or knife to satisfy his need to dominate another human.
They need to be coerced into violation of their probation and put in jail for life. This is not a crime for monetary gain. It is a crime for satisfaction based upon personal mental needs and not physical worth. And these people are never healed and will repeat as over 60% of them are rearrested within 5 years for this crime.
And the funny thing about it is that the prisoners in jail will take care of them. They may be criminals, some really bad characters, but many have families and don’t care if they get busted again.

On another note - Biloxi is having Spring Break again - I hear it is still officially “Black Spring Break” but they haven’t been using the “Black” descriptor this year becaus eof how the animals and thugs among them comported themselves in the past. The local head of Bilox’s NAACP is making noise that it should not be put in a negative connotation - IOW, “If you see some of them raising hell and doing the typical illegal crap they have been doing, shut yo F’n mouff - you raciss Crackers”....
