If the US Government offered/ issued a redeemable or even a non redeemable wall/ fence Bond, would you purchase them?

Yes ... I vote with my dollars when presented with the opportunity. (Both by giving and by withholding.)

Be my guest.

But being a good capitalist who loves her country, I’m all for selling ad space on the wall. Maybe have a section for every state to hawk it’s selling points. Those can be given gratis.

“Probably, but the “GO FUND ME” page would get a couple hundred million in the first couple of hours.”

Well there are quite a few that have been in place for quite a while. You can check them out and see what you think. Maybe things have improved but the last time I checked they weren’t doing too good.

Here’s the first one that popped up on google. This one is up to $308. :-)

There was another one that was set up by a congressman but can’t find it now. But it had not raised too much yet. That was a month or so back.

yep...and that money would have a better chance of funding the wall versus a bond which would end up funding entitlements...

I had a similar idea along the lines of buying "bricks" for the wall, much in the same manner that people put names on park benches for a fee like in the example below.

Now wouldn't you like a "brick" on the wall with your name on it? It probably wouldn't be an actual brick because the wall wouldn't actually be made of brick but a plaque somewhere on the wall.

You could even dedicate a plaque to other people. For instance, because that's the way I am, I would probably buy plaques for people like Nancy Pelosi and Chuck Schumer. Then their names could be on the wall too!

“For President Trump, Absolutely YES.”

YES!!!

“For anyone else, absolutely NOT.

Other than Trump, I do not trust ANY of those bastards in DC to spend my money correctly.”

They take their cut then divvie the rest up between their cronies.
Absolutely NOT!
