Eventually they go away because his lack of responding takes away their power and they start fearing that the look ineffective. How were Laura’s numbers I wonder. She lost two other shows for failed ratings, one at MSNBC and another Fox show. She’s not the most cuddly tv host.

It really makes me wonder why Progressive was ever advertising on her show — or any show on Fox News, for that matter — in the first place.
Some people make for great guests but mediocre (at best) hosts. I’d count Laura Ingraham and Mark Levin among them. They’re fine in ten-minute increments when they’re discussing an issue from their own perspective, but they simply don’t have the broad appeal or entertainment value to fill hours of air time.

You might be right. Laura’s radio show is apparently popular but I find her kind of mean. She actually yelled at Byron York once because he was a minute late for his interview. You would never find a true radio professional like Rush or Mark Simone or Hannity do that. It is why I prefer people who start out in radio as disc jockies and then segue into political commentary. True pros.
That would be like Wal-Mart telling its customers that if they didn't like shopping there they could go somewhere else.
