This will be a weekly post.
Count remains at 29 judges.
McCain remains in Arizona, intentionally helping to paralyze the Senate, won't resign and won't vote, writing his stupid book, The Washing Wave or whatever its title is.
McConnell could change the 30 hour cloture rule, but is probably conveniently one vote short and he "just can't do it."
So Trump's appointees wait and wait wait...until the end of the Congress, when they all hope the democrats can take over and block Trump's nominees legitimately.
Convention Of States. Term limits. Our only hope.
Bumping through.
Is not “senate” the Latin word for “low level slugs who have no ability to do anything useful in society”?
Frustrating!

Article claims judicial confirmations are a record and effective in reshape court.
Too early unless you know differently?
They’re referring to the fact that the Senate confirmed 12 appeals court nominees in Trump’s first year, which IS a record.
However, I know McConnell and his games to placate conservatives. He would like to use that stat when asked about judicial nominations, instead of moving on several per week.
The delays are intentional...mainly because Trump is sending the Senate ONLY conservatives. And McConnell does all he can to thwart conservatism’s advance.
See below article to see what I mean. McConnell wants to sit on his laurels instead of putting his foot to the gas. It’s a game. Do just enough to placate while intentionally stalling.
