Hello...The constitution designates POTUS as commander-in-chief!!!

Who wants congress to micro-manage how military should deploy the resources allocated to them? Congress critters do not have the same access to classified intelligence as the president. It would be idiotic to allow 535 congress critters to micro-manage how defense funds will be spent.

And the whole process is LEGAL because congress passed a bill authorizing $710 Billion to be used by dept. of defense.

The Donald is smart enough to carry this through. He knows that more money is needed to build the wall. He is trying to get an equivalent amount of money in some other way, perhaps by import tariffs. Don’t underestimate The Donald.

10 years before he came down that elevator, after witnessing a video of a meeting he chaired with 100+ managers of his business ventures all around the world. I knew immediately this man had the qualities of a great leader.
