President Donald Trump lost — bigly — when Congress voted for a $1.3 trillion spending bill that repudiates many of his top policy goals and much of his rhetoric.
He didn't get the money he wanted for a wall on the U.S. border with Mexico or a provision cutting off federal funds for "sanctuary cities." Lawmakers not only ignored his fiscal 2018 budget's elimination of scores of federal programs, they increased spending for many of those on his target list. And Congress provided seed cash for a New York-New Jersey tunnel project that Trump tried to kill.

If this is all it takes to become an EX Trump supporter, you and all the rest of the lily-livered cowards never were Trump supporters in the first place. Reminds me of the rout of our soldiers when the Germans launched their offensive in the Ardennes. They ran and threw away their guns. Meanwhile, the 101st Airborne marched TO the sound of the guns. I want a wall. There are many threats to our security that a wall would thwart. I am mostly pissed off at Ryan & McConnell. McConnell for being an idiot and NOT getting rid of the filibuster to go nuclear. Neither of them worked this bill well and just gave freebies away for votes! Elections have consequences, and after keeping President Trump hamstrung with the Russia scandal, it was time for Republicans to close ranks and play hardball with the traitorous Democrat-Communists! But the wussy leaders just failed Trump. Funding Sanctuary Cities, abortions, a program that funded the failed Florida foot bridge that killed Americans, losing 2nd Amendment Rights due to gross negligence on behalf of law enforcement in the Florida high school shooting, funding NPR, including the Cloud Act in the Omni and border walls for other nations, while leaving out funding for OUR wall? This smacks of disrespect on behalf of the Rino Leader never-Trumpers! Yeah! I am pissed off and I wanted Trump to shove their appropriations bill right back up their ash!
