Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) called for a Senate hearing on Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ decision to fire FBI deputy director Andrew McCabe.
Graham said, “To the average American, I think we owe it to the average American to have a hearing in the Judiciary Committee where Mr. Sessions, Attorney General Sessions comes forward, with whatever documentation he has about the firing and give Mr. McCabe has a chance to defend himself. I believe when it comes to this issue, we need as much transparency as possible and make sure it wasn’t politically motivated.”

If it can be shown that the policies or regulations under which he was fired were promulgated (or updated) on Obama’s watch, just point to them and say that he was fired under Obama’s own rules.

This tips Graham’s hand like nothing else. No Democrat ever called for an investigation into Obama’s or Hillary’s actions. In fact, quite the opposite. They branded any such attempts as a witch hunt.
Graham should drop the (R) after his name. Replace it with (DS), for Deep State.

I agree; as much as I dislike Graham, this is a trap to get the REASONS for McCabe’s firing out in the open, get him under oath, and get a lot more publicity while seeming to bend over backwards to be fair.
When the ladders are removed he will always be the last one on the ceiling! Only CNN Sucks more!
It should be clear now to everybody on this board, Gowdy is not to be trusted, and he should NOT be the next special prosecutor.
