I’m curious as to why this wasn’t brought out during the 2016 election, especially just days before the vote. The media or Clinton campaign had to have known this.

Unless it’s completely fabricated and they paid her to play along.

Not that she’d accept money for “personal services,” of course.

This is helpful in making sense out of old Stormy.

Good point.

Hard to imagine they would pass on this story due to the obvious hypocrisy aka Bubba.

It’s not like they have a conscience or anything.

Non-disclosure agreements are very serious. Once you sign one, you’re on the line. Cohn evidently impressed the woman with the liabilities she’d face if she disregarded the contract. That kept her quiet last year.

Apparently it’s taken until recently for the Leftists to convince the porn star that she could violate the agreement and survive financially. They gave her horrible advice and she seemingly believed it. This won’t end well for her.

Two possible points. First, democrats expected to win without this story so it was not worth the cost. Second, Stormy had $130,000 in the bank and didn’t want to risk a legal battle with a defeated Trump. As an aside, I believe that financial liability can attach to a third party who materially interferes with a valid contract.
