Non-disclosure agreements are very serious. Once you sign one, you’re on the line. Cohn evidently impressed the woman with the liabilities she’d face if she disregarded the contract. That kept her quiet last year.
Apparently it’s taken until recently for the Leftists to convince the porn star that she could violate the agreement and survive financially. They gave her horrible advice and she seemingly believed it. This won’t end well for her.
So she’ll forfeit the $130,000 and lose whatever monies the DNC/Clinton/Soros may have given to her?
There was a case in Texas, Pennzoil Co. v. Texaco Inc. where Pennzoil obtained a 10.53 billion dollar judgment (later reduced to 8.53 billion) against Texaco for tortuously inducing a third party to breach its contract to sell stock to Pennzoil.
If discovery in a suit against Stormy reveals that someone induced her to breach her contract, there could be a real problem for that entity. Contracts are serious matters under law in most jurisdictions.
