McCabe was not fired by Trump or Sessions, but by an independent ethics office (OPR), and he was fired on the verge of retirement. The evidence must have been overwhelming for them to do that, and this might just be the first part of a very long thread.

This story has been virtually ignored by the MSM, with only Hannity and FOX following it over the past year, so expect the MSM to try to cover their own butts by trashing this story and calling it political.

My guess is that he wasn’t willing to tell on the big fish and chose to lose his pension, possibly believing that he might be able to get it back through the court system.

The Democrats will give it back to him through a book/movie deal.

Session really didnt have much choice with mccabe, and even then he waited till the last business day.

Sessions has done nothing to investigate all of the obama clinton scandals nor any of the revelations that have happened since he has been AG.

The wild eyed sessions defenders will believe this vindicates them. It does not. Sessions is still just as ineffective and impotent as he was yesterday. Taking this minor UNCONTROVERSIAL action, recommended by the career staff is hardly monumental.

Their claiming it reeks of politics and saying that it wasn’t him misleading anyone, they just ‘misunderstood’ him
