Correct me if I am wrong BUT

isnt the Syrian conflict just an extension of Iraq then Libya ? which were all efforts to curtail the trading of oil in NON-USD ? Iraq/Libya/Syria were Russias USD money laundering operations for Russian ooil deals that were cutting in to OPEC's dominance and threatening the USD as World Reserve currency.

Russia has become the worlds largest broker of oil in NON-USD and that is what these wars are all about....NO?

Most countries do not want to go against the OPEC cartel "rules" of trading only in USD because it usually ends in a visit from a US aircraft carrier group or a surgical drone strike

Trump’s desire to disengage from Syria will strengthen the Islamist hand of Erdogan who will not wind up as an opponent of Assad and Russia, but their stooge in northern Syria, and he will keep it - northern Syria, subservient to Assad in many ways, while Erdogan keeps it “quiet” for his own ethnic cleansing benefit.
