Police may BLAME the snow squall [Nikolas Cruz] for the massive loss of property [life], but enough is enough. We all know that the American Automobile Association [National Rifle Association] has promoted the freedom of the open road [Constitutional right to bear arms] for years!
The AAA is to blame for this horrible tragedy.

One of my most frightening moments driving was a snow squall on I-95———I could NOT believe it.
Instant coating of ice.

I think that Rain-X wipers may also carry some of the blame....

Was that snow falling in semi-auto, “fully semi-auto,” of full auto mode?

When I lived in Ohio people would move to Ohio
who could not spell Ohio, and yet the state would
give them a drivers license.

QUICK! We MUST ban snowflakes!
They stick together - and can be made into high-speed snowballs!
OMG! They can be made into “ice fortresses” by young children!
All snow must be locked securely in a snow safe!
Everybody knows you only require 30 billion snowflakes to make a snowman. Therefore, we must ban all high-capacity snow squalls!

Thank goodness for the last part, that no serious injuries were reported.

Probably caused by a ‘southerner’ who doesn’t know how to drive in those conditions. /s

Probably caused by a southerner who doesnt know how to drive in those conditions. /s Or a "northerner" who thinks he knows how to drive in those conditions. When in a heavy snow squall, for those who don't know what it is like, you can't see anything sometimes. Not even the tail lights on the car in front of you. You may have been in rain downpours like that, too. Very scary.
It's a bit tough to know what to do when you can't see anything. Even the best drivers are in trouble. You slow down, you get rear-ended. You stop, you just get hit harder. You drive at the same speed, you hit the people who slowed down. You try to pull off the road, you can hit stopped cars, or drive off the road on an overpass and you fall many feet, or you can hit a steep embankment, or you roll your car. You speed up, you are too dump to live.
