Attorney General Jeff Sessions is considering firing top FBI official Andrew McCabe before he officially retires from the bureau in a few days, a move that could deprive the outgoing deputy director of pension benefits, Fox News has confirmed.

Sources said if McCabe is terminated by close of business this Friday, that would mean McCabe would not receive a government pension.

A source told Fox News that McCabe's pension is in "jeopardy."

I seem to remember hearing something that if McCabe was fired, he’d “burn down” the FBI (meaning he’s got a lot of info to trade). If this is true, it’s even more reason to can him.

YES! Fire his a@#. If you find out later that he was not guilty of the malfeasance and misfeasance of which he stands accused, the pension could be restored. If one thinks a political appointee like him deserves a taxpayer paid pension in the first place.

McCabe born in 1968, so he’s 50 this year. Must be what he’s waiting for.

Sometimes Cernovich’s sources are solid. Other times, not.

I wouldn’t be surprised to learn the IG report is really bad but I’d be surprised if Kelly tries to withold it. It doesn’t seem his style.

“Love your screen name. Say hello to Archie and Fritz for me.”

Thanks. I’m a big fan (excuse the pun) and have read all of his books. Loved the television series on A&E.

Just IMAGINE the TERROR this act would cause in other traitors within FBI....and cause many to retire or stop following Podesta and Soros' orders to betray the bureau and President.

DO. It. NOW!

I’m ok if he goes to prison and his wife collects the pension.

Why is this even a decision?

Why wasn’t it done weeks ago?

Why haven’t charges been filed?

Wake up Mr. Sessions!

Frankly that seems kind of mean. If he broke laws, take him into court. Whatever incompetence he displayed over his career should have brought his firing before the last days of his employment.
