There should be a $9,000 per-year per-student refundable tax credit for parents who send their daughters and sons to private schools.
Phase II should be making the individual tax cuts permanent.
Don't want to rain on your parade but nothing in DC is permanent except taxes and bad legislation because, no Congress can bind a future Congress.
