the jews or the tatars. Okay, I give up. What the hell is a tatar?
I didn’t know myself so:
The Tatars are a Turkic people living mainly in Russia and other Post-Soviet countries. The name “Tatar” first appears in written form on the Kul Tigin monument
They are the ones that invented Steak Tartar and Tartar Sayce.

[What is a tater?]
(O.K. I changed that)
Shoot I got some seasoned taters at WM to go with the breaded fish I baked a few days ago. With my secret spices.
1) Lemon Pepper (tbsp)
2) Onion Powder (tbsp)
3) Garlic Powder (tbsp)
4) Paprika (tbsp)
5) Cayenne Pepper (1/2 tbsp)
6) Pinch of salt
7) Pinch of pepper
Mix thoroughly.
I sprayed the fish and the tots (separate pans @ 425F) with that spray can butter (haha) and sprinkled the above mix on the fish. Added some lemon juice (about a tbsp) and a couple of sliced lemons to the pan and into the oven.
Oops, guess my secret recipe is out.
Cooking is fun. Cleaning I try very hard to avoid.
The above will work on fish or chicken. Shoot, you can basically use that on hamburger or steak, too.
A cheap tartar sauce for the fish. Oh yeah.
Tatars are a saucy people.
