The motive behind this crazy idea is the same as the push for open borders with the intention of finding ways to let illegals vote for Democrats at election time. The plan is to steal the nation from legal citizens through the illegal vote along with giving the vote to under aged children who have shown that they are exhibitionists looking for stardom in front of TV cameras. Look at those supporting and pushing forward these kids whose brains will not be developed for another few years and you see exactly what the left is doing.
