It’s not the first time that Holder has suggested that an obstruction case could be made, though has stopped short previously of predicting Mueller would bring the charge. But Trump’s defenders maintain that he has the authority to dismiss the FBI director at any time.

Why would Holder be crowing about obstruction? Has Mueller been leaking again? Anyhow, if Mueller does charge obstruction, it will be in regard to firing Comey. Prof. Alan Dershowitz sez POTUS has the right to fire anyone of his underlings at any time for any cause.

And selected members of the DOJ/FBI upper echelon submitted a phony, fraudulent, dossier to the FISA court and swore, under penalty of perjury, that the information was accurate contained within the dossier was true.
That seems to me like obstruction of justice.

Someone should tell the corrupt negro Holder that the FBI director serves at the pleasure of the president.
While we all like to beat our chests and dump on Mueller and the deep state, we also must realize that the President, his close associates, and family still are in legal jeopardy as long as the special counsel is on the loose.
