So LL Bean can violate Constitutionally protected rights?

Nice.

From what I could find, the only LL Beaner that sells firearms is their flagship store in Freeport, ME.

It's like me saying I'm giving up eating beets for lent when I've never eaten beets in my life......LOL!

When will gas stations decide that you can’t buy gas unless you are at least 21?

Where will it stop?

But 18 year olds can go to war.

And vote. Which is even more dangerous.

Dunkin Donuts and Burger King have also raised the minimum age for gun purchases to 21.

I recall way back in the day when the voting age was lowered to 18 and a large part of the justification was, "old enough to be drafted, old enough to vote".

Be consistent, either raise the age for enlisting to 21 or leave the damn law about buying a rifle alone, that's my opinion.

This is LL bean bullshit trying to kiss the butt of liberals. What you hear is another company raises the age to 21. The fact is LL bean has 37 stores in 17 state and only one (1)their flagship store in Freeport Maine has a license to sell firearms. Who give a damn what they do in maine

So LL Bean doesn’t want to sell to conservatives either, it seems.

They’re simply deciding who they’ll do business with and on what terms. That’s perfectly legal, if a bit silly in this context.

Perfectly legal? But don't you DARE not sell a wedding cake to a pair of weenie puffers or carpet lickers.

"L.L. Bean sells guns? Really? I thought they made boots."

Sounds like Virtue Signalling like Delta did with its few customers getting an NRA discount.

So count L.L. Bean in as a liberal Virtue Signalling company and buy our clothes/boots some place else.

Hopefully, more left wing corporations will follow their advise and commit corporate Seppuku/kamikaze Left Wing Virtue Signalling with their fatal Never Trump Mental disease.

Check my tagline for the under estimated fact/reality by the left wing corporations, CEO’s and boards.

We cant have it both ways.

Everything is both ways depending on what is popular at the moment.

The cake baker case is currently in the Supreme Court awaiting a ruling. Colorado is probably going to lose its case against the Baker. It’s also different in that it involves a State public accommodations law in a liberal State that specifically made sodomites a protected class. In More than 30 States no such public accommodation protections exist for sodomites and you could tell the sodomite to pound sand when they asked you to bake a cake.

There are not any States that make gun owners a protected class under public accommodation laws. Only a handful of States provide such protections for age and most do not apply those to 21 year olds.

I understand this is a complex area of the law, but it’s sadly reality. I’m not in favor of these asinine grandstanding decisions by the partisan corporations, but the law isn’t going to save us here.

My oldest is 20, and is a Marine. SO these idiots think he can die, and fight , and be trained on guns , but he cannot buy one.
A police officer has to be 19, and yet now if the left had their way that cop cannot buy a gun!!!!!!!1

Frigging idiots listening to a bunch of kids who are using the shooting to get attention, and the media with a knee jerk reaction.

Stupid, and when you thought these idiots cannot get any more stupid.

I really like how some mod erased my comment like it was some wrongthink.

So I will state it again.

We cannot demand that a bakery should be able to refuse to make a cake for a gay wedding while then demanding a lawsuit to force a store to sell a gun to people below an age range they choose.

So pick one, people.
