A report released Friday claims four of Broward County Sheriff Scott Israel’s deputies waited outside Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School while the attack was occurring. On February 22 Breitbart News reported that one deputy resigned after it was learned that he was on scene but failed to control Nikolas Cruz. Sheriff Israel told ABC 13 that video shows the deputy, Scott Peterson, “arrive at the west side of Building 12” and “take a position” outside the school — but never go inside. The sheriff’s office moved to suspend Peterson, who resigned before the suspension could take place.
Now CNN reports that the Coral Springs police officers claim three other Broward County deputies were outside the school but failed to go inside as well. They quote “Coral Springs sources” who said the three “deputies had their pistols drawn and were behind their vehicles” when Coral Springs officers arrived. They said “not one of [the deputies] had gone into the school.”

And libs say that we could not retake the US with rifles.
I feel like I can’t NOT judge them. I wasn’t there, and have never been involved in something like this, but it is all wrong to me.
I have received the Active Duty (”Code Silver”) training, and I will tell you, it didn’t sit right with me at all. I know they tell you to escape and run in the other direction.
But if I saw a person with a weapon walk down a hallway towards a bunch of my co-workers, I simply don’t think I could go the other way. I don’t think I could follow those guidelines.
So how could these men with guns stand outside, hearing the shooting and screaming...not go inside?
I find this appalling. If it were one man only, Pederson, I can understand a single man being a coward. But three of them?
This is a very different situation.
They were afraid of the wild Hogg.
They should all be sued in 17 wrongful-death lawsuits.
I replied with irrefutably evidence (9/11) that being unionized does not make cops act cowardly - and neither stated nor implied that being non-unionized would make cops act cowardly.
Try doubling down on BS on someone else.

Coral Springs luckily sprang in to action and immediately went in and confronted the shooter. No doubt in my mind the delayed reaction by BCSO caused needless deaths during the shooting. Never mind the inability to properly report and deal with 20+ previous calls that could have prevented this from happening in the first place.
Then there was a 20-minute delay on the security cameras. When the cops thought they were monitoring the suspect inside the building, he was finished with the killings and had left the building.
This whole thing makes me sick.
The Broward Cowards should be ashamed and unemployed.

Stop with the distortion. In reply to a post on police corruption and cowardice, I said “Get rid of police unions and everything else will be much easier.”
Emphasis on 'plausible'. There's a lot of spookiness around this incident. Also a lot of spookiness around that nasty business in Las Vegas. And commies are evil; nothing is beneath them. Trouble is, I have no hard evidence ... just too many damnably convenient coincidences.
