SHANGHAI (Reuters) - The United States should learn from China and genuinely protect human rights by restricting gun ownership, an editorial in a widely read state-run Chinese newspaper said on Friday.
The editorial in the Global Times newspaper was published after a massacre at a high school in Florida last week, in which 17 students and staff were killed, reignited a long-running debate about gun control in the United States.

Yeah, that makes sense - for group of countries and conquered peoples held together at gunpoint.
He spotted me and started walking quickly toward me.He grabbed the camera from me,took out the SD card and put it in his pocket.He then smashed it to the ground,sending it into 1,000 pieces.
He then starting talking angrily on his radio and,thinking I might be in serious trouble,I reached for my passport and waved it very nervously in front of him.
To my surprise he turned around and slowly walked away upon seeing it.
Rights? Yah,tell it to the thousands who died in Tienanmen Square...including the guy who stood in front of those tanks.
There is a video I watched from the PRC, of a van hitting and then backing up over and then driving on - from hitting a toddler. The guy realized he’d hit the infant and just decided to ‘make sure.’ It did not stop.
