Judge Orders Mueller to Provide Flynn’s Attorneys With 'Any Exculpatory Evidence'

A federal judge has issued an updated standing order in the case of U.S. v. Flynn, suggesting that Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team may have withheld exculpatory evidence in prosecuting former national security adviser Michael Flynn.

Judge Emmet G. Sullivan, United States district judge for the District of Columbia, on Friday issued what is called the “Brady rule," which requires the prosecution to turn over "any exculpatory evidence" to the defendant in a criminal case, meaning Mueller must provide Flynn with all information that is favorable to his defense.

Youtuber completely destroys Mueller's "Russian troll indictments."

LANGUAGE WARNING - Loads of F-bombs and other cursing.

It's an awesome dissection in spite of the language.

The Mueller Indictments Are A F**king Joke & It's Dangerous [Web Exclusive] (15:09)

The first three minutes is enough but the dissection continues to the end.

From a different angle, reminders of how awful Mueller and Comey are comes from their long-ago bungling of the investigation of the (1996) Khobar Towers bombing and related Middle Eastern terrorism:

I agree with you. There probably is a mole there, either a young lawyer who doesn’t want to see his budding ‘career’ and his student loans go to waste, or they made a HUGE MISTAKE and accidentally hired a secretary with moral values.

What really tells me that Sullivan already has some of the withheld materials is that this demand is a virtual repeat of the same from 3 months ago. Given that background, it sounds more like a final warning. The problem that Mueller’s corrupt bunch has is that they almost certainly don’t know what Sullivan has, and so if they again try withholding, they just may be called on it.

This new order is a DISASTER for Mueller’s corrupt bunch, because of what it implies, but of the course the media will not say so.

After the massive evidence cover up in the Bunkerville-Bundy case in Nevada, one must assume this kind of hiding of exculpatory evidence is SOP for federal prosecutors nowadays.

That practice, lawfare, of destroying the lives of suspects in order to get a guilty plea, is a horrid corruption of justice and must stop.

The FBI is rotten.

Good to hear. At least one judge who doesn’t have his FBI files in Hilary’s stack.

Judge Sullivan is the real deal. He took the government apart in senator Steven’s case.

McCabe altered Strzok’s form 302 from his Flynn interview, and Mueller knew it..

I’m not a lawyer, but wouldn’t that make McCabe’s action the actual crime?

Mueller outranks McCabe (and Strzok).

Therefore, he is the pig to be roasted, the point to be made!

After which, the focus must fall upon Obama and Clinton.

So you’re saying it wouldn’t be a crime for Mueller to use evidence he knew to be falsified?

But he can sue McCabe.

Waste of time/money. McCabe is going broke as we speak. He probably wasn't worth a whole lot to begin with.

They're - rightfully - going for the poison fruit scenario.

They learned from the IRS lol! My late father in law was a CPA and he testified for his client on a case where the IRS knew they would lose and continued pushing the case and they stated in a memo his clients attorney found in discovery, yeah we will lose but we can bankrupt the guy and destroy his business. The IRS tried everything possible to suppress this memo, but the attorney got it before the judge and all hell broke lose.

When the judge saw that he went ballistic on the bench toward the IRS and their goon attorneys. In the end he ruled for my my FIL’s client and awarded a huge sum to him but by that time they had indeed destroyed his business and bankrupted him.

This is not a legal system this is tyranny...

Quite right. Turning the law and the infinite power of the government on individuals for pleasure is among the highest of high crimes in a republic.

Lawyers are advocates. They are hired guns. Should I get on the wrong side of the law, I don’t want an attorney who seeks the truth, I want a mercenary who works for me.

Lawyers in the IRS, FBI, DOJ, should be advocates for for us, their bosses, the Sovereign People, and not for their personal power interests or that of the departments they work for.

Yes, I am naïve.
