9-10 months ago he posted a comment to a documentary on the Texas Tower Sniper stating. “He would do the same.”
3 months ago he wrote that he would be a “professional school shooter”
He joined ROTC to learn marksmanship and practiced to kill his schoolmates.
He planned the killing for St. Valentine’s Day to emulate the St.V-day massacre.
He threatened and told others that he wanted to shoot and kill people.
He relocated back near the kill-site and brought his gun and ammo.
He executed his massacre methodically and the escape.
He’s already cost the county and the state a fortune before killing and in the aftermath of his monstrous work.
He has ruined and destroyed dozens of lives and deserves to be executed asap.
Anyone, and everyone who uses a firearm in commission of a crime should get the death penalty.
I will never vote for RUBIO again..

What got to me when Rubio was asked about this was that he hum hawed a bit trying to gauge what he should say to cause himself the least damage rather than have a real stance.

The murdering @$$hole Has a record of mental illness and was medicated for it.
He might not even go to prison, the way the laws are enforced these days.
And, if the DA DOES try for the death penalty I can see the Democrats now: “The ‘Pubbies are trying to railroad a mentally ill person!”
It would be nice to see him hanging from a gallows, though.
I would like to take a moment to remind folks, just because he said it, it isn't wrong.

If the evidence warrants it, yes. We are losing due process. Even with a confession, was that confession coerced? Reports of 2nd shooter are around. Do we know all the facts? Maybe so. Maybe not. Let’s take it to trial and if he is convicted, yes.

The shooter should be executed-promptly. But I'll guess he'll plead innocent due to insanity and might actually win due to his (missed) long history of craziness.
In a tangent political point, I'll agree to ban capital punishment if liberals will agree to ban abortion.

Lawyers should be able to drain the taxpayers for at least a couple of decades with court appointed lawyers, multiple court cases, judges, court houses, etc.
The judicial bubble should have burst decades ago. They’re milking the taxpayers over POS like this Cruz creep.

I believe he is mentally deficient. Legally insane requires evidence that you did not understand the act you were carrying out, or that you could not understand right from wrong. This kid have voices in his head telling him to kill. It happens. Doctor in Oklahoma killed his own 7 year old son because he had gone psychotic and thought the boy was possessed by the devil and he had to “get the devil out of him” by stabbing him.
It is a reality. He will never be free, he will always be behind some confined space for the rest of his life. But what we do with him, how we treat him, is much more on us at this point than what we believe he deserves.
Mr. Rubio...What about illegals who have killed...they should have been granted citizenship according to your rules.
