Did you see how Cruz called the man he was staying with to report there was a shooting at the school and the guy told him go to the Walmart and he would pick him up there but then a member of the Swat team called before he could get there, looking for Cruz, and thus alerting him that he was actually the shooter? The the guy ordered the police to go check on his wife and make sure she’s safe.

They allowed him to have a collection of powerful guns and knives! Even though they knew he was a troubled kid, they were taking him to therapy, they KNEW he has troubled. One would think that they would have been a bit concerned to allow that situation to exist. Is anyone else curious as to how long the couple have lived at this address?
