Some of the chemical interactions in mdma helps parkinsons patients and doctors are trying to understand how to isolate those interactions. Obviously if you were regularly taking it as a way of treating parkinsons you’d end up with burned out serotonin receptors in a few months.
Supposedly it is so powerful that just getting some on one’s skin could cause death.
The wall will do little to stop smuggling. There is too much money in it for it to be stopped. As long as the price of drugs is kept high by the government people will find ways to smuggle it in or out.
Since we don’t have a wall how can anyone speculate on it’s effectiveness?
They are always finding dope in truck interiors, car tires produce etc. If the money is there it will always get through. The only solution is to educate and otherwise convince people not to use. As long as there is demand it will get through. Ships full of oil etc. are still getting into North Korea despite blockades. The problem can only be solved on the demand side.

And I’m no drug prude
I smoked pot daily 14 years as a yute
And loved quaaludes and girls did too boy howdy did they ever
And I had experiences with strong LSD and peyote buttons and Dixie mushrooms which can only be described as quite spiritual though I id warn average person away from it
Only did X once ....sorta light trippy but very touchy feely....I was too old by then and exiting drug culture mid 80s

That is nasty nasty stuff - almost wiped out my wife when she took it by prescription for an aching back a few years ago - avoid at all costs......

The Russians never did state what gas was used but Fentanyl and othe opiate and benzodiazepines were best guesses. The scary thought is they probably used stuff stronger than fent. Hence the deaths from the gas. They did save many.
I don’t think they’re suggesting it would be used as a weapon of mass destruction - just letting us know it’s so potent that it could overdose millions...
