Just imagine Elizabeth Warren in her first debate with Donald Trump. Go on, imagine it.
I imagine the whites of her eyes reaching the ceiling, steam coming out of her ears to the tune of a factory whistle, wild histrionics, bared teeth, fists upraised, “you no-good racist sexist fascist bigot homophobe Islamophobe cis-gendered pig!!!”.....
