According to a criminal complaint, the FBI determined that “two unfired cartridges bearing Haig’s fingerprints” were found in Paddock’s suite at Mandalay Bay, and the cartridges are classified as armor-piercing ammunition.

Alarm bells are going off in my head. To start with you can buy that on line. I don't have any, I don't need it. Plus green tip 556 AMMO is more than I want to pay for.

Finger prints? Was this guy loading his magazines for him??

The M855 green tip 5.56 NATO ammo is not defined as armor piercing by the ATF and is expressly exempted from the AP category. The article states the rounds were 7.62x51 NATO AP which is expressly forbidden.
