Bingo. The FISA Court is a rubber stamp fraud to provide a fake veneer of a legal process. The reality is the FBI spies on whoever it wants to for any reason it wants to. You’re right. The judge’s inital rejection was strictly a CYA move.

I've thought that.

The FISA judge was made a monkey out of this.

Don't forget that many members of Congress were spied on, yet they seem to be A-OK.

Trump was only ONE of the members spied on.

I have no idea why THOSE people aren't up in arms.

We're talking every single one of Trump's opponents, and some innocent bystanders.

They should be raising holy hell.

But they aren't.

WHY?

Everybody seems to want to dance around the one figure in this mess that could have asked a few more questions perhaps, or asked some at all.

What was the judge to do? The FBI sourced a Yahoo News article. It doesn't get any more iron-clad than that!

Where is the ACLU on all of this? The FBI and DOJ clearly violated the Civil Rights of American citizens.

“Thank you for your post, it is a valuable reminder especially needed today. If you think the FBI is not corrupt through and through, you’re not thinking.”

Beyond the FBI, I think a thorough review of all other agencies who employ armed individuals. Seems like virtually every government agency has their own “police force,” even when their primary responsibility isn’t going after bad guys. I mean just look a what the BLM brought to the Bundy Ranch. They were ready for Fallujah. We have real elements of our military that are not as well-armed as agencies like the BLM.

ACLU is probably still in shock that a Yahoo News article was sourced in a FISA warrant application.

The people in the Agency who looked the other way by definition are not honorable.

Well, it needs reforming at the top but as for scrapping it, no, absolutely not; that is the objective of the far left, our foreign enemies, and the same islamists that gave us Hamas... even Farrakhan and the Klan agree.

Hence the revival of the NCPPF.

After l Arian’s arrest, Kit Gage took over at the helm of the NCPPF.
She’s a member of the National Lawyer’s Guild.
Another member of the NLG was Lynne Stewart, a lawyer for the Blind Sheikh who decided to be his “Secret Dove” and deliver messages and orders from him to his terrorist group in Egypt.
In one case she bore the command back to them to end a cease fire , and the result was an attack on tourists at Luxor known as the Luxor Massacre.

From the above:

Objecting to the efforts of prosecutors to broaden the use of deportation for suspected terrorists, Gage complained in November 2001 that “it will be easier to deport anyone they accuse of being associated with a terrorist organization—no matter what the nature of the association.”
...

In October 2006, Gage attended a Chicago Committee to Defend the Bill of Rights ceremony called “Celebration of the The Dynamic Life of Frank Wilkinson,” who had been a leader of the Communist Party USA, the New American Movement, the Democratic Socialists of America, and the National Committee to Abolish HUAC. Lauding Wilkinson as “one of the people most closely identified with the defense of the First Amendment,” Gade described him as someone who “worked to help people to recognize that the Bill of Rights is a living document but not self-enforcing.”

Over the years, Gage has made financial contributions to the political campaigns of John Kerry, Kweisi Mfume, and Barack Obama. She has also given money to EMILY’s List.

[Emily’s list, big supporters of Hillary as well.]

No, the FBI must go. Hoover was a patriot who loved his country. However, even he had too much power. The current crop of leadership has flagrantly abused its power and hates America. The abuse well predates the Obama apointees. Ruby Ridge, the Branch Davidian slaughter, and the harassment of Richard Jewell over the Atlanta Olympics bombing are examples. The Deep State must be dismantled, and the FBI is part of that entity. There is a need for an agency to handle the legitimate functions of the FBI. The Stasi was eliminated when East Germany disappeared; the Royal Irish Constabulary was abolished when Ireland gained independence. New agencies replaced the old ones. Whatever their flaws were, management and structure were different, and abuses declined.

Begging your pardon, the FBI hasn’t been an honorable institution for several decades.

The author just does not get it. In his mind all those who work for the FBI are good people; this is the type of delusion that allows this type of stuff to happen, if u don’t believe me , ask someone from Michigan State, Penn State, or the Catholic Church!
