Presidents don’t win fights with the FBI. Donald Trump apparently wants to learn this lesson the hard way.
Most presidents have had the sense not to bully the FBI by defaming its leaders and — ridiculously — painting its agents as leftist political hacks. Most members of Congress have also understood how unwise it would be to pull such stunts. But Trump and his hapless henchmen on Capitol Hill, led by Rep. Devin Nunes (R-Calif.), have chosen the wrong enemy. History strongly suggests they will be sorry.

Trump and his minions seem to think they can out-leak the FBI. Obviously they haven’t been paying attention.

It’s four pages, summarized from a lot more, and Wray is correct in saying it “lacks data”. The solution is to provide more data, let’s get it ALL out in the public domain!
No, that won’t happen, I know, but the memo is going to be the first leak in the dike and it will turn into a flood. That is what the Democrats are really afraid of, not one memo but months, even years of memos, disclosures, and proof of their illegal, extralegal and crooked shenanigans.

notwithstanding the history of the FBI, I’ll put my money on Trump. He has a history of out foxing the resistance.

This is complete bull sh#t. The President is IN CHARGE of the FBI. Don’t believe these Lying Leftist Media outlets that proved themselves during the 2016 campaign to be operatives of the DNC and intentional liars. They are presumed to be lying and we should presume what they publish is a lie. The presumption can only be rebutted with the outlet providing clear and convincing evidence they are not lying.
Why not post the TRUTH about the lies? You don't have to use the liar as the source to post a headline that alerts readers to a published lie. Use yourself as the source or a reasonably reliable source that addresses what the Lying Leftist source is saying. That way you have a headline and a source that your readers can reasonably rely on and they go away more informed about the lie AND the truth.

The Executive branch has sole jurisdiction of the Justice department. This is not the Judicial branch, or the Legislative branch. The Justice department is his to control.

Without a doubt! Great post and analysis. Thankfully Trump has fired Comey and forced McCabe to resign. A couple more and the floodgates may open, as the majority of FBI rank and file agents aren't liberal. Dangerous times while we are at the tipping point though.
