op Justice Department officials made a last-ditch plea Monday to White House Chief of Staff John F. Kelly about the dangers of publicly releasing a memo alleging abuses by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, according to people briefed on the meeting.
Shortly before the House Intelligence Committee voted to make the document public, Deputy Attorney General Rod J. Rosenstein warned Kelly that the four-page memo prepared by House Republicans could jeopardize classified information and implored the president to reconsider his support for making it public, those people said. Rosenstein was joined in the meeting at the White House by FBI Director Christopher A. Wray.

In spite of the WP best effort to paint the best possible spin on the misuse of the so-called dossier, this article is actually a huge win. Note it concedes the dossier should not have been used by saying it’s unclear whether Steel went to the FBI purposely, or just a big old screw up.
Sessions has to be part of the swamp, there is no other explanation to this.

I’ll be surprised if it’s released to be honest. The White House is holding off releasing it when it was full speed ahead maybe these guys convinced Trump to re-consider. Failing that l this Rat Judge is going to blank GM citing classified content. The pushed out “Andy” to throw us a bone. And notice no leak funny when it helps Trump no NYT no WasPos no CNN leak.
Amazing, isn’t it? Comey undeniably released classified memos to one of his friends to get Mueller appointed. Rosenstein and Wray don’t seem too upset about that, at least not upset enough to arrest Comey as they should do. To hell with both of these idiots.

90% of information classified for national security is classified to protect incompetence, malfeasance, theft, corruption, perjury, etc. Only 10% at best is of real national security importance.

The Swamp is a very deep and difficult place to navigate. I don’t know whats what anymore. I’m all for anything that inoculates or insulates the President. The time has come to spit or get off the pot. I will begin to worry if this gets buried too.
