I hope your daughter is sophisticated. A lot of the stuff floated on threads like this is pure speculation. A person trying to make sense of this has to carefully weigh the evidence and hold a lot of things in abeyance until they are confirmed.
For instance, I pointed out to my family that there are supposedly lots of indictments already prepared. But we have no way of knowing and there is too much chance that the rumor is simply the result of wishful thinking.
It’s good to start with the things that we “know”. For instance, (1)there is a four page memo which the Dems clearly do not want to see the light of day. (2) The MSM didn’t even mention it until it was clear that it would not go away. (3) McCabe has left the FBI.
Things we don’t know: (1) are the contents of the four page memo truthful, (2) why did McCabe resign? Speculation had been that Wray ushered him out due to the memo, but people on this thread think it might be due to the IG report that has now been cancelled.

Well said. I imagine that there is "truth" in the four-page memo, but I also suspect that some "truth" lies in the Democrat's allegation that its facts are cherry-picked (why would it not be otherwise? We're dealing with political animals on both sides of the aisle).

At any rate, the decision to release the four-page memo is now up to the President, and I believe he will make the right choice. Should the Democrat's memo also be released? I would say yes; why not?

Actually, there was profiling. A profile was created to determine which most damning facts were to be included in the memo.

Worse yet, there was blatant discrimination. the truly damning facts were included while the less damning facts were left out.

That doesn't stop them from being facts, unless the RATs can prove them to be false.
