I think it all depends on exactly what is in the memo.
Congress critters have called it “shocking”. But I expect their idea of shocking and my idea of shocking can be pretty far apart.
On the plus side of Trump reading it, at least the nation would hear what’s in it. If he doesn’t read it, 99% of liberals will never hear about it because it won’t be covered in the media. Not sure how many liberals would actually watch the SotU, but a lot more than would hear about it by other means.

I think people are slowly beginning to realize that it can’t be fixed. It must be completely taken down. The we need to analyze why we have so many different intelligence agencies (remember how they would repeat “17 different intelligence agencies”?), and if we really need them. Yes, Nuremberg-style trials are needed.
I pray there is a whole scale repentance toward God, as a nation, and as individuals. Only when we have restored Godly integrity, morals, and values, will this nation be able to heal and be rebuilt.
