The United States is the premier economic power in the world and getting stronger each day due to Trump. Those at Davos understand this. They are shifting their wealth to the United States as it will give them greater return on their investment. This is great for us and bad for the other nations. At this point other nations will need to emulate our model or suffer economic stagnation that is rather extreme at this time. If they do not emulate it will become much worse. If they due emulate they also will prosper as will we.
Capitalism is mean vicious and efficient. Capitalism has lifted the masses to prosperity were it is allowed to exist.
Venezuela sits on one of the greatest oil reserves in the world. Today it is a Marxist dictatorship and in total economic collapse with a starving population. Venezuela had many fine engineers and doctors etc. They are gone and most are in the United States and an asset to our great nation. Venezuela is a failed state today. Marxism always fails.
I lived in Venezuela in the 70s before the Marxist. It was corrupt but no more corrupt than our nation. In the 70s I could go to the supermarket and buy anything I wanted and it was abundant at a fair price. Today Venezuelans wait in line for bread and pan flour to make arepas.
Capitalism works for the masses, Marxism kills by guns and starvation but those at the top eat lobster and drink fine cognac.

GAAP Generally Accepted Accounting Principles stipulates that if a company ships goods before 1-01-18 they must book the sale and make a receivable. Otherwise it could be fraud. When a customer says dont ship till after new year, that would be acceptable.
