What we don’t see in news is our government feeding arms to both sides. Who knows who will win. We always back the winner.

Turkey should have never been allowed into NATO in the first place but that is just me.

No, it is not just you.

Turkey is in Syria because Putin says they can be.

Our government, as you called it, has not been continuous with our involvement in Syria.

Obama/Hillary rode the Islamist Jihadi pony.

Syrian Kurds are not Jihadi’s or Islamists. None of them are.

Some of them are Muslim, but I’m not sure that most of them are now in Syria. In Iraq, Kurds are almost totally Muslim)

Trump took steps to partner with the Kurds and shut off the CIA Jihadi contractors. I think most of the Syrians understand this. Not sure that most American fully get it, because of the rotten media “coverage” (aka propaganda).

Remove Turkey from NATO and it will fix that Stat.

Any attempt to kick Turkey out of NATO over its legitimate anti-insurgency actions in Syria would be doomed to failure.

It would be easier and more strategically advantageous for the United States to remove itself from NATO and let the Europeans sort out their own security.

“its legitimate anti-insurgency actions in Syria”

There is no evidence of any insurgency from Syria into Turkey. Period.

There is evidence of extreme persecution of Kurds within Turkey and there is a bridge from there to the Mountains that is supportive of those communities. Otherwise you could chalk up another minority group as being genocide victims.

Turkey's leaders are racist, fascist (currently Islamist), brutal. Any attempt to change that is met with extreme action.

I don't defend the PKK, but they do not commit terrorism to anything other than the Turk Government, military or police.

Turks are not same race as Kurds. Turkey is racist/nationalist to the core. Many similarities to Hitler's Germany.

PKK is hard core leftist. YPG/YPJ are followers of Ocalan, but not hard core ideologist's like leaders of PKK.

Throw the Turks overboard. They’re not our friends. The Kurds are.

Yes and Yes.

Best outcome, Erdogan backs away. It’s not likely.

We wait.
