A Mexican Uber driver living in the U.S. illegally was charged Monday with raping, assaulting and robbing young women in California, prosecutors said.

Alfonso Alarcon-Nunez's four alleged victims are between 19 and 22 years old and three were intoxicated when they were assaulted, San Luis Obispo County District Attorney Dan Dow told reporters.

Officials said Alarcon-Nunez was not always driving for Uber when he picked up those women but said the alleged crimes show that the company should improve its driver screening process, Dow said.

We need to pass a law allowing victims of illegals to sue the cities that let them in.

Thank God we are a sanctuary State and he won’t be separated from his family. Governor Moonbeam has already pardoned him right.

So no proof of legal residency required by Uber? No document check by the company showing an applicant driver has the right to work in the USA?

Seems negligent. Actionably negligent.

When a previously deported illegal rapes/hurts/kills you in Calif, the state should be sued in Federal Court and have the compensation come out of their federal highway funds.

If liberals win on the “Dreamer,” their next demand will “chain migration” and eventually let everybody come.

Bad headline sheesh. He is illegally in the US, not illegally charged with rape.

Yep. That is their plan and also the plan of George Soros. He wants an open world that would soon turn into a Communist prison planet.
