Its not at all difficult for an EU Citizens (i.e.. Irish) to come to the USA, visit, study or even be allowed to work, if they simply go through the bureaucracy and follow the rules.

Any illegal Irish here are very likely just plain lazy, stupid, involved in something illegal, or drug-addicted. Get them out.
