Gulf News says a source in Turkey’s Foreign Ministry told them that Russia green-lighted the Efrin-Op and Erdogan agreed to hand over areas captured from to Assad.
Is this telling the Turks’ OLIVE BRANCH is to the Assad regime? It would see so but I doubt Erdogan will release any area to anyone once they have but control.
