Pro-amnesty GOP Senators are working hand-in-glove with Democrats to block a government budget until President Donald Trump agrees to break his campaign promise and his presidency by amnestying millions of wage-lowering illegal immigrants.
The hostage-taking is being fronted by a group of GOP legislators, led by Sen. Jeff Flake and Sen. Lindsey Graham, who announced Wednesday they would not allow 2018 funding for the Pentagon until Trump approves an amnesty, saying:

Exactly my thought. OMB is tasked with determining what is essential and what isn't. OMB is headed by Mick Mulvaney. ("Shut down 10% of the gov't? Hold my beer! How about 25%?")
Trump just needs to remember to keep referring to it as the Democrat's shutdown.
They own it unless Trump caves. If he caves then he is finished but l think he knows that.
I think the storm it would cause would be a good thing and I have confidence that Pres. Trump could navigate it like a seasoned skipper. The time has come to break the opposition IMO.
That said, Trump has his own timing and it seems to be pretty good.

Considering Ronaldus Maximus as the gold standard, Trump is running a little behind schedule.

Well, let’s see if I got this right, rogue senators are threatening a multi-millionaire with shutting down the government by backing a group of illegal aliens in this country, that have been sponging off the citizens for years. Is it time to recall Graham and Flake and cut off their GOP funds? Is it time to remove them from committees they are currently in and treat them like junior senators being told when they can go to the bathroom? They are threatening a conservative POTUS doing conservative work he was elected to do by the conservative voters from his campaign. Do they wish to become liberal democrats. Are they not violating the ideals and theologies of the GOP and the wishes of the voters? Time to invite them to leave.
