How many people die if the government stays open?
Shut it down.
Then make certain most of it stays shut down!
Devolve nearly all functions of gov back to the states.
Dismantle most of DC.
Fire at least 90% of all federal employees.
Leave only the President, the military, the house and senate and the SCOTUS... dump all the rest.
