SPRING, Texas (KTRK) -- Walking with a limp from an injury suffered in a prison fight, Khari Ty Kendrick had one thing to say.

"I'm sorry this happened," Kendrick said as he was led to a patrol vehicle.

Sources told Eyewitness News the 23-year-old is the one, when interviewed, who confessed to killing Jenny and Bao Lam, both 61, last week.

Erick Alfredo Peralta, a 20-year-old who was arrested along with Kendrick, answered ABC13 with a question.

"Do I look like a killer?" Peralta asked.

Aakiel Ricardo Kendrick, 21 and Khari's younger half-brother, was the most-recognized after security video was released.

"Today we're pleased to announce that we have arrested and charged three people for the brutal murders of Mr. and Mrs. Lam," Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez announced Wednesday.

All three are charged with capital murder. The Lams, successful business owners who, years ago, immigrated to the U.S, with nothing, were ambushed in their garage on Glorietta Turn in Spring last Thursday. They were then tortured and murdered inside their home. Over the two few days, investigators believe the men came and went as many as six times. The Lams' bodies were discovered on Saturday.

“According to court records, Khari Kendrick was paroled last November after doing three only years for a burglary on a 20-year sentence. If convicted, he knows what could be waiting for him.“

What was that about us keeping too many people in prison again?

Texas has the death penalty and they aren’t shy about using it.

Legal immigrants who contributed to this country murdered by Democrats no doubt. With all the talk about gun murders and how Dems need to ban guns we need to talk about real deadly weapons that are those that are violent who are released from prison to rape and kill again many times. Dems love releasing criminals. What are stats on that?

These endless examples need to be used against Dems. My guess the numbers of repeat offenders is much higher than gun murders and Dems support deadly repeat offenders that are worse than guns. Never understood why Dems were never called on that. Willie Horton was the only time.

Liberals did that. Their soft on crime judges are responsible for letting these animals lose. When you talk to them about such crimes all they care about is the criminals and I quote “Throwing their lives away”. They have no empathy for the people the criminals murder. No mercy should be extended to leftists.

If it is that they say “We likes bling”, the people of that town and the state of Texas say, “We likes you swing”.

Guess they were just getting money for college. Got tired of flipping Obama Burgers and Michele Fries.

Maybe there should be mandatory jail time for the dip $hits on the Parole board. Are they all from Austin?

What most people don’t know is that criminals only serve 1/8th of their sentence plus they get credit for time served in jail waiting for trial. And a life sentence is really only ten years.

But there is a problem. Delay. It is not like the olden days when an assassin could be executed within 40 days of the crime. The murder of Anton Cermak, Mayor of Chicago as an example of how it should be.

Ecclesiastes 8:11King James Version (KJV)

11 Because sentence against an evil work is not executed speedily, therefore the heart of the sons of men is fully set in them to do evil.
