I believe he said it and I am glad he did. We’re both real estate guys and “shit hole” is the best term to describe a very undesirable location. In the early ‘80’s when I started up my real estate appraisal career in earnest, I used home-made shorthand on the notepads I used when I was making field inspections in nasty neighborhoods. A bad neighborhood was “SH” and a building in poor condition was “POS”.
